During our many years of operation we have collaborated closely with leading brands and businesses to create bespoke coating solutions for a wide range of projects. We love nothing more than a challenge, and seeing a unique product come to life. See below for just some of the amazing projects we have been apart of.
Researched, developed and produced on our SPL2. Multiple profiles required different coating systems.
Researched, developed and produced all of Vero products. Sanding and preparation was a major component of this product. Produced on SPL1.
Researched, developed and then produced on our RL1 line in conjunction with the James Hardie R&D and Akzo Nobel.
Acoustic MDF panelling completed in a matt metallic finish.
Multiple substrates including FSC Spotted Gum Veneer, and MDF panelling and components. Veneer sheets were pre-finished through our RL1, and then fixed to panelling. MDF panelling and components were pre completed where possible through SPL1. Remaining items where completed by hand.
Blackwood veneer finished in transparent matt finish.
Florsheim – Saward Shop fitting. Brandy Santos Venner on MDF. Closed Pore Transparent 30% gloss level – with coloured “v” grooves. Prepared veneer by multiple coats of transparent polyester sealer. Once veneer pores were filled, coloured in v grooves with pigmented topcoat. Prepared basecoated veneer by sanding and clear coating all surfaces.
Victoria’s First Tabaret (Rialto), MDF pirgmented PU Jotun Imperite 303 gloss finish.
